[ 9th October 2023, Rotterdam, Netherlands ] The Spotler Group expands its footprint in the Customer Data Platform (CDP) market with the strategic acquisition of Datatrics B.V. a respected vendor in this category. 

Datatrics was established in the Netherlands in 2012, with the mission of aggregating marketing and technology to allow marketers to exploit the power of data and artificial intelligence. In 2017, they launched a self-learning Customer Data Platform (CDP) that creates real-time customer profiles that provide marketers with actionable insight to deliver personalized consumer experiences. 

Today, Datatrics have over 200 customers across Europe and South America, including recognised brands like Just Eat, Whirlpool and Champion, as well as many mid-market customers in e-commerce, travel & leisure, media and health and beauty.  

This acquisition demonstrates the group’s continued drive to help businesses understand their customer and serve them personalised web and e-commerce experiences, building on the success of the Squeezely CDP and following the acquisition of Shopping Minds and Sooqr earlier this year. 

The Spotler Group are acquiring Datatrics from Growens, an Italian stock-listed company, who acquired the company in 2018. And, like these previous acquisitions, Datatrics will become part of the Squeezely portfolio, further building out its market presence and capabilities.
