[ 01 August, 2023, Rotterdam, Netherlands ] The Spotler Group continues investing in personalised e-commerce and announces the acquisition of Shopping Minds B.V., a cloud customer data platform built to provide marketers with better insight and targeted omnichannel shopping experiences.
This technology acquisition demonstrates the group’s continued investment in the Commerce Experience Platform (CXP) category, augmenting the existing integrated capabilities of website personalisation, product recommendations, personalised search, merchandising, and customer insight from the acquisitions of Squeezely and Sooqr, on top of the omnichannel marketing automation that has been a traditional Spotler strength.
