The Board of Directors of the Spotler Group is very pleased to announce the appointment of Lee Chadwick as the Spotler Groups new Chief Executive. As many of you know, Lee has served as both CEO of Spotler UK and the Groups Commercial director for the last 18 months working closely with CNBB to develop the groups product and go to market strategies. Following the spate of recent acquisitions Lee’s appointment to CEO is pivotal in the Groups next phase of development and we wish him every success.
The Groups CTO and Financial Controller, together with the Operating Companies General Managers will work directly for Lee with the clear objective of driving Enterprise value through synergy of process and people in close combination with strong product innovation in our core markets especially expanding the role of Artificial Intelligence in our core platforms. CNBB will continue in its active roles as non-executive directors of Spotler Group offering invaluable advice and direction to all group companies.
Lee Chadwick
Lee comes from a series of successful software companies in the Telecoms and Customer Service sectors with International roles developing new markets and building teams from multiple cultures and backgrounds. The most recent and relevant success was CommuniGator Ltd (now Spotler UK), originally a UK based ESP but successfully transforming into a Marketing Automation provider before being purchased in 2018 by CNBB and joining the Spotler Group.
